I took the Florida Oath of Attorney when I was admitted to the Florida Bar and swore to uphold the Florida Supreme Court’s Code of Judicial Conduct when I filed as a judicial candidate. My personal commitment to you, however, if you decide to elect me, is to always remain “Respectful, Responsible and Relentless” in the pursuit of fairness and justice.

I firmly believe that a judge must be respectful of everyone who comes into the courtroom. Respect begins with being responsible by timely starting proceedings and doing everything possible to make certain that no one is sitting in the courtroom all day waiting to be heard.  And I promise that when you are heard, you will be fully heard. You will be given every opportunity to put forth your case, including if you are a victim or a member of your family is a victim. You will be given your constitutional right to equal justice under the law.

If you elect me Broward County Court Judge, Group 9,  I will proudly serve as a respectful, responsible and relentless protector of all rights under the law for all people.

Most Sincerely,

Leonore M. Greller
